These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "your") and play99 ("play99", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://play99.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, or applications.

By accessing the play99 website, creating an account, making deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without modification or qualification. • "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the play99 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a User subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Device" means any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other electronic device used to access the Platform.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to online slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, crash games, lottery and instant-win products.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by play99 to confirm a User's identity, age, and residential address before processing withdrawals.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Accounts on the Platform are denominated unless otherwise specified.
• "Platform" means the play99 website, mobile site, and all services, features, and Games offered therein.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of real funds from a User's Account to their designated verified MYR payment method, including Touch'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, or Malaysian bank account.

To register and use a play99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform under any circumstances.
• You are using the Platform in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of play99 or any affiliated entity, unless you have received written authorisation from play99.
• You are not acting in any professional capacity as a gambler, syndicate member, or coordinated betting group participant.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform or from any other online gambling platform operated by play99's affiliated partners.
• You are not subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian identification document, a valid email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and your date of birth. You agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account on the play99 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. play99 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to void any transactions or winings associated with them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. play99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify play99 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

play99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documentation typically includes: a valid Malaysian identification document (MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport); proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and a selfie photograph holding the identity document. play99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

play99 accepts deposits exclusively via verified Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). play99 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in third-party names. play99 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion without providing a reason.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being fully met: your Account is KYC verified; your Account is in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes; all applicable wagering requirements relating to any active or recently utilised bonuses have been completed; and the withdrawal amount does not exceed your applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limit for your Account tier.

Withdrawal processing target timeframes: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers — typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — typically 15 to 60 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals — typically within 30 minutes. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed delivery times. Processing may be subject to delays during system maintenance windows, periods of high demand, or additional compliance reviews.

All Accounts are maintained and all transactions processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). play99 does not impose currency conversion fees on MYR-denominated transactions. For cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals, the equivalent MYR value will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where practicable. If your original deposit method does not support withdrawals, play99 may require verification of an alternative withdrawal account. The alternative account must be registered in your legal name as verified through KYC.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and special offers made available on the play99 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) representing the total value of bets you must place using bonus funds before withdrawals become eligible. Example: a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requiresRM2,000 in qualifying bets.
• During active bonus play, a maximum single bet limit applies — typically MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary by game type: online slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10% to 20%; certain games may be excluded entirely from contributing to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry window — commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings will be removed from your Account.
• Bonuses are intended for single use person, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting for bonus purposes, coordinated wagering patterns, or any activity play99 reasonably determines to be designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account suspension.
• play99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All Games available on the play99 Platform are subject to individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay provisions apply across the Platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted in real-time by trained dealers. play99 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. All bets are final upon confirmation.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, play99 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from its server logs. play99's records shall be the definitive source of truth in the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes or bet amounts.

• For sports betting markets, play99 operates under specific pre-match and in-play rules for each sport and market type. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or other unforeseen events, the rules specific to the relevant sports market shall apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the play99 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering, maintaining, or using more than one Account on the Platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Money laundering, structuring, or any activity intended to conceal the origins of funds transacted through the Platform.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies on live casino tables.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical device to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not consistent with genuine personal human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an advantage. Any winings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Placing offseting bets across multiple Accounts or with other players to guarantee profits irespective of game outcome (arbitrage betting).
• Any activity intended to circumvent promotional restrictions or wagering requirements, including coordinated bonus abuse across multiple Accounts or households.
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive conduct directed toward play99 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

play99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that empower players to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling provisions form part of these Terms and are enforced as operational standards:

• play99 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered users. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process.
• Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time through the Account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Users may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their Account will be temporarily deactivated for betting purposes.
• Users may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our support team. Permanent self-exclusions are irevocable and are enforced immediately upon request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content; decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of play99.

Any unauthorised use of play99's intellectual property may result in Account suspension, legal action for infringement, or both.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, play99 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned, including system maintenance windows.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information, advice, or data provided by or through the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit play99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. play99's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises.

play99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published by play99.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct involving the Account.
• Failure to pass or refusal to cooperate with KYC verification procedures.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Technical malfunctions, regulatory requirements, or legal obligations that necessitate the suspension of Account activity.
• A User's voluntary request for self-exclusion in accordance with Section 9.

Upon Account termination for cause, play99 reserves the right to void all pending bets and bonuses and to withold funds pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Where an Account is terminated without cause by play99, any verified real money balance will be returned to the User via their registered verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting play99's24/7 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, net of any outstanding wager obligations, will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method.

play99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, play99 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice through one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed prominently on the Platform upon login; an email notification to your registered email address; or a notification through the Platform's internal messaging system.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to remain informed of any changes. play99 will maintain a version history of Terms amendments accessible through our support team upon request.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including any non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of play99's licensing jurisdiction. The application of any other national laws, including those of Malaysia, is not excluded where mandatorily applicable to a Malaysian resident User.

In the event of a dispute between you and play99, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted for resolution in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by play99's applicable gaming license authority. play99's records and data logs shall be the primary evidence relied upon in any dispute resolution proceedings regarding game outcomes, account transactions, or bonus calculations.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
